OSDA is capable of performing beta runs and can provide the same quality for your production runs. Turnkey operations are also available through OSDA. Once a customer's plans are electronically transferred, we can secure the necessary parts, assemble and test the product with minimal documentation and maximum speed.
Our two world-class surface mount technology lines include Siemens pick and place equipment, capable of 1,000,000 placements per day. In addition, our Pillarhouse selective soldering machine offers more automated control, improving quality while increasing throughput, with mixed technology boards.
Our large inventory of parts and efficient processes enable us to provide quick one, two or three day turn-around to expedite your product to market.
