We take pride in our highly trained workforce. As an IPC-A-601 certified training facility, OSDA's technical expertise and assembly methods are always state-of-the-art. We intend to keep it that way.

Throughout his career Dave has been involved with small, highly technical, innovative companies in the fields of aerospace, specialty metals fabrication, industrial controls and aerial lifts. Dave, along with George Grom, founded OSDA in 1987 and grew the company into the premier electronic manufacturing service in Connecticut. OSDA is now a full service provider, offering turnkey services, box build, test and state of the art PCB assembly from prototype to production. Dave is responsible for all financial aspects of OSDA and has worked hard to maintain the very highest D & B ratings.
Prior to starting OSDA, Dave was quality director for a $25MM electronics controls company, materials manger for a specialized sintered metal fabricator supplying abradable seals for use in jet engines, and was hired by banks to reorganize companies in bankruptcy. He has been a member of the IPC for a number of years, and has served on the EMS Management Council Steering Committee.
Dave has a BS degree from Southern Connecticut University and an MBA from University of New Haven.
