History
In 1987, Dave Ingraham and George Grom co-founded OSDA. Since the beginning, OSDA has been the premier electronic manufacturing service in Connecticut and was one of the first to provide Surface Mount Device services to the industry. Through an innovative approach to rapid turnaround, OSDA was instrumental in giving new company start-ups an avenue for rapid turn-around prototype assemblies. From this OSDA grew into a full service provider, offering turnkey services, box build, test and state of the art PCB assembly from prototype to production.
In recent years, OSDA purchased two world class surface mount technology lines capable of 1,000,000 placements per day. OSDA has assembled engineering prototypes, performed beta runs and handled on-demand production runs for companies nationwide.

Our new 17,000 square foot facility in Milford, Connecticut is an up-to-date EMS with world-class equipment and advanced technology. As an IPC-A-610 certified training facility, we keep our highly trained workforce current on new and emerging technologies. Our combination of experience, equipment and people enable us to deliver reliable prototypes and production quantities on time and to your specifications.
