Dave Ingraham

Throughout his career Dave has been involved with small, highly technical, innovative companies in the fields of aerospace, specialty metals fabrication, industrial controls and aerial lifts. Dave, along with George Grom, founded OSDA in 1987 and grew the company into the premier electronic manufacturing service in Connecticut. OSDA is now a full service provider, offering turnkey services, box build, test and state of the art PCB assembly from prototype to production. Dave is responsible for all financial aspects of OSDA and has worked hard to maintain the very highest D & B ratings. Prior to starting OSDA, Dave was quality director for a $25MM electronics controls company, materials manger for a specialized sintered metal fabricator supplying abradable seals for use in jet engines, and was hired by banks to reorganize companies in bankruptcy. He has been a member of the IPC for a number of years, and has served on the EMS Management Council Steering Committee. Dave has a BS degree from Southern Connecticut University and an MBA from University of New Haven.
Mark Forcier
Sales Manager
Mark has over 25 years of diverse manufacturing experience. He began his career in the U.S. Air Force, completing technical school in Colorado and serving in Germany with the 36th Tactical Fighter division that supplied parts for F-15 planes. His tour in Germany was followed by two years of service with the Civil Engineering Squadron in Arkansas, where Mark was responsible for ordering material and scheduling work orders for the entire base. Prior to joining OSDA in 1997, Mark held manufacturing positions of increasing responsibility with T-Bar, Data Switch and General Signal.
Don Caulfield
VP Finance
Don joined OSDA Contract Services in November 2015 as Controller. Prior to joining the company, he served as North Regional Controller at ATKORE International, a global company which delivers a unique portfolio of integrated electrical raceway solutions from source to outlet, where he focused on controllership and reporting, internal controls and policies, manufacturing accounting, as well as internal audit and ethics and treasury for three manufacturing units. Prior to that, Don was the General Manager/Chief Financial Officer at KX Industries L.P. with responsibility for ensuring the operational and financial integrity of the company. While there, Don managed teams supporting manufacturing operations, finance and accounting. Don earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut College.
